Halloween Nail Art Inspiration from one of our Favorite Nail Artists! 

Q: What was your inspiration for this mani?

A: My inspiration was actually a color – bright green. I started out knowing I wanted to use it as the focal point, so I left the rest of the colors simple and neutral.

Q: What is your favorite part about this design/why did you pick it?

A: My favorite part is the little Frankenstein images. I picked them because they are super cute and perfect to use with the bright green.

Q: What Polishes did you use? 

Painted Polish – Stamped in Stone 

KBshimmer – Race Against Slime 

White and black stamping polishes 

Glisten & Glow Matte Top Coat

Q: What other tools did you use?
A:  I used the Halloween-04 plate from Uber Chic Beauty, a clear chunky stamper, Cuticula Liquid Nail Tape, a small nail art brush from Uber Chic Beauty (the teal one)

Q: Any tips or tricks you can share for stamping?

A: When making decals like the Frankenstein image you don’t need to rush. Pick up your image, fill it in anyway that you choose and let it dry. I then sponge top coat onto my nail and finally apply the decal that I made. Make sure your stamping polish is completely dry on the nail before adding your top coat. Stamping polish loves to smear.

Q: Which is your favorite UberChic Beauty fall plate and why?

A. My favorite Fall plate is definitely the Halloween-04 plate. So many designs can be made with just one plate. And I’m a sucker for Halloween.
