      Returns Policy

      You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

      You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


      What if it gets lost or stolen?

      Once your package is in the care of the USPS, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. In a perfect world - we would have ultimate control over the US Postal System - but we are a very small business and are at the mercy of their mistakes - we also can’t be held responsible for a neighbor’s sticky fingers. If you think you have such neighbors - consider sending your package to a friend or to your work address. If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer’s expense or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs. We do provide proof of shipment with the tracking link so you can follow it along its journey.

      All prices are listed in USD (U.S. dollars). If you live outside the United States, PayPal will convert your order's total automatically to what the current exchange rate is for your country. To get an estimate of what your total will be in your currency: Google "USD to [your currency]" for example if you are in Europe, Google: "USD to Euro" and it'll pull up a handy calculator where you can enter your total in the USD part to have it convert for you.

      Special Sales

      From time to time we run short sales that we advertise to our followers via email and on social media. Our warehouse is set up to process our orders lightning fast - because of that and also due to the volume of orders we receive during these sales - we are not able to combine or stop orders once they have been submitted to us. We apologize for any inconvenience!

      Sale discounts are only available during the sale period and will not be honored on orders placed outside the sale timeframe. Coupon codes are NOT valid during storewide sales, such as our Semi-Annual Sales & Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or on sale items.



      What if my polish arrives damaged?

      Each polish is shipped its own cardboard box & then carefully packaged, so it should arrive safe and sound. But, with the postal system being what it is – sometimes damage can happen along the way. Though we do not have any control over this, we would definitely like to help. We will replace or refund your broken polish ONLY if it was damaged in transit. You must provide proof (pictures) of the broken bottle(s) for this process. You have up to 48 hours from the time of delivery to email us in regard to a damaged order.

      Can I return my polish?

      All sales of nail polish are FINAL. No returns of any kind are accepted for health/sanitary reasons. Please note that the colors you see on your screen can differ slightly in-person since every screen is different, as well as skin tones and lighting. We try to display the colors to the best of our ability and make the best representation we can but cannot account for every situation.
