Unfortunately, customs fees are one of those really crappy parts of life. Customs fees are issued at random and are different for every country so it is literally impossible for us to try and pre-pay these for you. Customs fees are charged based on the value of the package and not every package is charged these fees. It’s total random selection. If you are “hit” with a customs fee – you are responsible to pay it in order to receive your order. If you refuse the order because you didn’t realize it – we will not refund you the shipping cost but you can ask for a refund once we receive the package back to us.
What price will show on my package? Will I get charged customs on the sale price or regular?
We are required by Customs to mark packages with full retail prices on the packing slips, not sale prices as they do not reflect the full value of the product. If a Customs Office of any country goes to our website at any time and sees a discrepancy between what the package is sold for and what it says on your packing list - we can get fined and potentially banned from shipping to your country again. We hope you understand why we just cannot take this risk.
When will my order go out?
Processing time is usually 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays. If the delivery companies do not run on a particular day – then we consider that day a holiday.
International shipping time is almost impossible to predict. Every country is different and often some countries don’t provide tracking once the package enters the country.
Reasonable Wait Time

Every country is different and often countries don’t update the tracking once the package enters the country. We request that you wait up to 5-6 weeks after the package leaves the United States for your package to find it’s way to you. Since many countries do not update the tracking links – we suggest checking every week with your local post office if you are concerned about it being lost – to see if they aren’t trying to deliver it but have run into a complication.
We are unable to help when orders arrive in your country so please make sure you check with your local post office first and wait the allotted time before contacting us.
What if it gets lost or stolen?
Once your package is in the care of the delivery companies, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. In a perfect world - we would have ultimate control over the delivery system - but we are a very small business and are at the mercy of their mistakes - we also can’t be held responsible for a neighbor’s sticky fingers. If you think you have such neighbors - consider sending your package to a friend or to your work address. If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer’s expense or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs.
What if I inputted the wrong address?
Please make sure you have the correct shipping address when you check out. It is your responsibility to make sure all your information is correct. Using Characters other than English
Since we ship out of the United States – every address must be inputted in English Characters. If your order is inputted using something else – or with special characters – there is a risk the package will not make it to you. If you need help making sure your address will work – please contact us prior to placing your order.
What if my package says it was delivered and I don’t have it?
In the event that the tracking link states that your package has been delivered to you yet you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office within 24 hours of said delivery.
Please understand that we cannot refund you for a package that shows it was delivered to you according to tracking. It is your responsibility to follow up to locate your package. We will do everything in our power to help you with the recovery process but ultimately it is your responsibility to follow through with your local post office first for the recovery of the missing package.
What if I placed two orders in a row – can you combine them?
Most of the time our warehouse is just too fast and too good at getting your order out the door that it makes it almost impossible for us to do this. If we catch it in time there is a slight chance we can help but please know – our response time can take up to 48 hours to reply and typically they process the order within an hour. Apologies on the speediness of our warehouse in advance… : )
We offer a low, flat-rate shipping cost for your entire order. So whether you order one item or one of every item we sell - it's one low rate.
Group Buys are NOT covered in flat rate shipping. When you want to purchase more than 2 of a single Collection at a time or more than 2 of a single plate at a time - these are not covered by our flat rate shipping as it can be cost-prohibitive for us to do so. Please don't abuse our flat rate shipping by buying for other people. If you would like to purchase for others – please contact us for an accurate shipping quote.
